Delivery of Wuxi Boiler Iraq Basra Project Unit#1 HRSG Modules
February 25, 2018, 1st batch #1 Unit modules of Wuxi Boiler "One Road One Belt" Iraq Basra Project 650MW combined cycle power plant started delivering. 4 modules were loaded and delivered to Shanghai Port and will be shipped to Basra Iraq by sea.
Basra Project order is the largest module order that was ever signed between DNT and Wuxi Huaguang Boiler. It has 10 units, total 100 modules, length of module is 22 meters, weight is 105 tons.
DNT overcomes the difficulties such as high quality requirements and tight delivery time, guarantees the production schedule strictly according to the production plan, and coordinates with CMEC appointED TuV supervisor to ensure the product quality and manufacturing schedule.
In the production stage, all departments were organized to share safety, technology and quality information to the workers. Through technical and process research, the processes of tube finning, tube sheet assembly, transport frame manufacturing, tube inserting, elbow welding and header production were ensured to be in order. Facing the unfavorable conditions of the cold weather, the water pressure scheme of the module was made in advance to ensure the environmental temperature and water temperature of the hydro-test, and won the unanimous praise from the third party supervisor and the owners' representatives.
