Evaporator Section Membrane Wall
The membrane wall is usually laid vertically on the inner surface of the furnace wall, which is mainly used to absorb the radiant heat from the flame and high-temperature flue gas in the furnace. It is the main type of all kinds of modern boiler evaporation heating surface as well as the basic component of boiler water circulation loop. The function of membrane wall is to absorb the radiant heat of high temperature flame or flue gas in the furnace chamber, generate steam or hot water in the tube, and reduce the temperature of the furnace wall in order to protect it. In large capacity boiler, the flame temperature in the furnace is very high, the intensity of heat radiation is very large. membrane walls absorb 40 to 50 percent or more of the heat in the boiler.
